I’ve always been curious about people. I love talking to people and getting to know them. I’m fascinated by how people see and experience the world. Travel has deepened that curiosity for me. Being in different places and engaging with families and communities has made me more aware of both the beauty and the challenges that shape people’s lives. That curiosity is a big part of why I do this work.
My professional background is rooted in education and leadership, and over the years my work has grown to include leadership development, workforce readiness, program design, and organizational work. Those experiences have given me a close look at what helps people and organizations grow. I’m interested in how people grow, how organizations can create better conditions for that growth, and what becomes possible when we take the time to really understand what’s happening. I’ve always enjoyed finding solutions, especially when the solution can make someone’s life or work better. That interest in people and their growth is also what led me to coaching. As an ICF-certified career and leadership coach, I also have the opportunity to work with people more directly and support them as they think through their professional lives.
At the heart of it, I care about people. I care about possibility. And I’m energized by seeing an idea become something real that makes a meaningful difference.
